Delivery is by Australia Post only.

We despatch same day or next business day. You will be contacted via email to confirm dispatch so you know your purchase is on its way.

ZOUZA.com.au cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that do not require a signature upon receipt. Australia Post parcel post does not require a signature and therefore ZOUZA.com.au does not accept responsibility in the unlikely event of non-delivery of the parcel.

We ship within Australia only. Although we currently do not ship internationally, we hope to offer this in the near future.

 

Returns

If you have changed your mind please contact us and you will receive a full refund provided it is returned unopened within 10 days. We also fully refund defective merchandise. If you wish to check the product for faults, please be as gentle and careful as possible, as we WILL NOT refund products which have been visibly damaged by the customer. We will also not accept incomplete packaging and as such ask you to apply common sense when first opening the package and in the event of a return, send it back in its original condition.

Due to the nature of the products and hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns for items which have been worn. Please refer to our size charts to ensure you have selected the correct size. Please also note that we are offering hosiery, which is of a forgiving nature in terms of fit; if you are in between sizes, order the larger size rather than 2 different sizes to try them on as WE DO NOT REFUND PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE BEEN WORN OR TRIED ON.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are defective, in which case we will refund up to $9.50 in delivery fees to post the damaged items back to us.

As ZOUZA.com.au is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.

If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
